I really would adore this book for my 17th birthday! <3
I have followed Katie Piper's story right from the beginning and she has inspired me so, so much! To me, Katie really does make the meaning "Perfection is Ugly" stand out because she is the most beautiful young lady that walks this earth who has a heart of gold. Although she shouldn't have ever had to go through what she has, as have many others too, she has come out the other side a much stronger, down to earth person who is putting her bad experience to good use by helping others who have had similar experiences and not letting the cruel world change her smile. Katie Piper is proof that true beauty comes right from the heart and nobody is perfect or ever will be. We should always cherish what we do have in our lives instead of what we don't have because one day; it may be taken away and there's no way of getting it back!
